24th July 2020 - Our first meeting in Kings Cross, Sydney. Less than 3 weeks in, and we were already sending each other cat content!

13th February 2022 - Our first trip away together. We rented a cosy cottage in the Blue Mountains and enjoyed short hikes, and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Here we knew we could spend our lives together.

26th August 2022 - Our first trip overseas together to Fiji, along with five of Aina's girlfriends. Joe has since been an honourary "Woo Girl."

December 2022 - Joe's first time in the Philippines. Aina introduced him to her family and friends, and the beauty of Coron, Palawan...as well as the infamously chaotic Manila traffic!

8th March 2023 - We flew to Japan, joining Aina's mum Poodle and cousin Emilia in Hokkaido for our first trip with family. The beauty of the winter landscape made us feel like we fell in love all over again.

7th October 2023 - We visited Croatia, Slovenia, and Austria, meeting up with friends and family, and enjoying some majestic views along the way.

14th December 2023 - Joe's first time in El Nido. We brought a whole Aussie crew with us for this trip!

23rd April 2024 - We flew to Tokyo to meet up with Poodle again. The trip included a joyful day where Joe had his first time in a theme park, Disney Sea!

10th May 2024 - Amidst the chaos of having to move house, we got engaged in the same cottage in the Blue Mountains where we realised two years before that we could stay together forever.

26th October 2024 - Joe returns to New Zealand for the first time since leaving in 1998. It was fitting that he return to the place he considers home with the person he feels most at home with!
